Alex G Griffiths is a children’s illustrator and graphic designer living in Toronto. He has been drawing for as long as he can remember—first filling the backs of cereal boxes with sea monsters, monkeys, and ghosts, and now creating books and illustrations for young readers around the world. Alex’s work can be recognized by his scratchy pen and ink lines, handmade textures, and muted color palette.

His debut author-illustrated picture book, The Bug Collector, was published in 2019 with Andersen Press. His next author-illustrator title, Fox & The Mystery Letter, was published in 2025 by Frances Lincoln.
